About Donald J. Wright Photography

With an interest in biology and art, photography has been a long-time passion for this natural photographer. Don began by shooting photos of landscapes and wildlife on film over 4 decades ago, perfecting his craft and continuously learning along the way. The pandemic took his photography to a new level in 2020 where his closest companions became his cameras and the wildlife of the Blue Ridge. 

He is using the best equipment available and continues the art of photography by printing and matting in-house, which he believes is an extension of the image.
